Suburban Subaru

I have been dealing with Suburban Subaru since 1995. The Sales and Service Department has always treated us very well. more

The salesman (Jeremy) who sold the car to me in 2004, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the engineering behind it. I admit, that when I take my used car back for service, I typically need a good amount of repairs - however, I've shopped Suburban's service price against my local mechanic and it's always a wash on price. But, I know I'm getting Suburu experience coming back to Suburban. Their gratis trips to BDL also help with my scheduling service.DB more

I am very satisfied with the service department that I would never think of going anywhere else this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Please don't change a thing. The people are great Rick the service mgr is great and his asst mgr Bob is awesome he is always polite. -PMA more

I appreciate the care given. When coming in for an oil change without an appointment, I was notified of cracked fan belts and had them replaced. All this was done in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you, Suburban Subaru -KU more

Last year, she saved me hundreds of dollars by contacting Subaru Corporate and asking them to help pay for repairs because other models (but not mine) had been recalled. My experience with Suburban Subaru has been fantastic.
