I definitely would not recommend using this company. I agree with the earlier post that they're just looking to squeeze you for more money. Plus, I don't think they were all that efficient with the service they provided or with returning calls / emails. Pros: Range of Services Cons: Very Expensive and Inefficient more

Fast, friendly but EXPENSIVE service 5/15/2009

This office actually picks up the phone and answers your questions. If that means a LOT to you, then by all means use them. If you are willing to wait for a call back (usually within 24 hrs) I suggest that you use another service. These guys were great when Frank, (the previous owner) was around. Now they are all about money. Pros: Fast Service Cons: Very Expensive more

Suburban Sanitation Service 8/1/2008

This was our second time using the East Hampton location and we were impressed with the efficiency of the staff. The office scheduled a date for us within two days of our call and had all the information from our last service call so when Bob and Dave came I wouldn't even know they were there had I not looked out the window!! The cleaned our septic and replaced the soil and grass with minimal disturbance; they were quiet, quick, friendly, and polite. We will definitely call again. Great Service 5/29/2007

This is a great company. When you call them, you actually get to speak with a real person. They have really long hoses, so they don't park their trucks on your lawn. \r \r Hint: go to their website and print a discount coupon. more

They do the dirty work 7/21/2005

If you have a septic tank this is a necessary expense. We have had quality work from Suburban Sanitation. They will come to the house, pump the septic, give you an overall evaluation of any issues may have and set you up for a future schedule based on the number of people in your home. They send reminders for the time period recommended, which is great because it is hard to remember that you need to have something done 2-3 years from now. One note, make sure that you dig up the dirt above the septic unit. There is an additional charge, I think almost $100, if they have to dig the dirt up. more
