Horrible Customer Service! When I was in the process of buying a new mustang, everything was smooth. Once I was committed to the deal because of a $1000 deposit, for a car to be built (takes 6 weeks), my agent Andrew Vultaggio decided he didn't want to return my calls anymore. I called 5 times and emailed twice requesting information. No response.. I asked his co-worker to get in touch with him so I wouldn't have to talk to a manager. Andrew calls and pretends ignorance, asking: "What 's up?" I ask if he had gotten my messages requesting the DORA I need? His very next words were: "You are being VERY IMPATIENT" He then proceeds to give me lip service saying he will send it. It never is sent. I ask again the next day. He says it must be the wrong email, he asks for my email again.. still never was sent.
NOW l asked his manager to help. Finally an email with the attachment I needed was sent from Mr. Vultaggio. It said literally: "HERE YOU GO..." all capital letters! no message saying sorry. Just an aggressive message because his manager made him send it.
I ask his manager John to take over the deal from Mr. Vultaggio and explained the reasons why. John's first response to me was "you don't want me as your sales representative." I was shocked. He eventually said he would take over, but that never happened. He ignored two of my calls over 3 days and got back when I asked the receptionist to page him on the third day. He simply said he was "busy as a sales manager."
Seems like the status quo at suburban ford. TOO BUSY to help with the only thing they do: service the customer. I recommend you take your business to another dealer that isn't TOO BUSY to return calls. Perhaps if that happens they will have enough time to return calls and provide basic service to their customers.
