Nobody wants to call an exterminator but I did have a good experience with them. We had an ant problem that had unknowingly been going on for a few years according to the technician. We had moved into our new house about 9 months ago and we hadn't really noticed them. When we did start to see them we tried everything we could before calling an exterminator. Eventually we called Suburban Exterminating and they came in and sprayed the whole house. The technicians were polite and explained the whole process so that we knew what was going on. Its been about six months now and we have no sign of the ants returning! Thank you so much. more

Great Customer Service! 10/26/2011

Today was the first time I used Suburban Exterminating to take care of a roach problem. The technician was very friendly, professional and explained what he was doing to eradicate the problem while he was working. After spraying outside you could see the bugs crawling out of their tight spaces trying to get away from the spray. So far it seems to be working and my experience working with SE has been good, but only time will tell. Thank you for you're help! more

The technician was very friendly, professional and explained what he was doing to eradicate the problem while he was working. After spraying outside you could see the bugs crawling out of their tight spaces trying to get away from the spray. I was panicking over a possible bed bug infestation, and a well-informed real estate agent referred me to Suburban. They met with me, identified the bug (a harmless grain beetle), and gave me some valuable advice about bed bugs (though he would not let me pay him for his help). We were fortunate that we didn't have to do anything, but if we had had a problem I would have felt very confident using Surburban. They were nice, responsive, knowledgeable. more

Could not be happier 9/14/2011

I've had a recurring problem with mice in my home. I would always hire someone and they would rid of them for a month or so but they always came back. My cousin referred me to Suburban and I am happy to say, we are rodent free for 5 months. I really could not be happier with their work. more

Bes Service Call Ever 8/30/2011

Randy was the best Tech we have ever had here in our home. We called for a problem with the ants since its has been so hot they were all over. They got us in the same day and Randy came and took care of the problem. No more ants !!! Thanks again Suburban Exterminating. more
