Suburban Disposal

I don't know on what MaryKay has formed her opinion of Suburban Disposal but I have been a customer with them for over 7 years at multiple properties and can easily say that they have been an excellent vendor to deal with. Their customer service is always polite and helpful and their trucks and crews are extremely dependable. Their pricing is very competitive and I can truthfully say I am a very happy customer. By the way, I have NO financial interest in this company nor do I work there. My relationship is purely business and I intend to keep doing business with these folks until they give me a reason not to.... which doesn't seem likely at all. Try them. more

When I moved to webster I wanted to use a local refuse company, being originally from the Spencerport area I called up Suburban Disposal to set up service with them. The Service was horrible, and I had to cancel service after just 3 weeks. \r \r The first 2 weeks, neither my trash nor recycling was picked up. After calling to complain, they sent a truck out to pick up my trash, but my recycling and pile of cardboard remained at the end if my driveway. \r The third week, trash was picked up on time, but again cardboard and recycling remained. \r Guess customer service doesnt matter for those of us in Webster. On top of all that, I recieved a letter 5 days after initiating service saying that the price was going to increase because of fuel costs. \r \r Switched to Waste Management. more

We have used Suburban Disposal for 12 years at our present address. They are incredible. Driver's are dependable,curteous, and work so hard. Any time I need to call someone is there with a smile(I can tell) listening and assisting me in whatever way possible. I definately recommend them!!! more

They are great. They always come on time and pick up the trash before 8 AM. They also are cheap. They always pick up recycling by noon. more

We have been using Suburban in Webster for a couple of years and have had very satisfactory service. One one occasion I forgot to put out the toter and the driver ran up my driveway and brought it to his truck on his own. That's service! I wouldn't expect him to do it but seeing him go beyond my expectations made me a very happy customer. more

Years of faithful service and reasonable prices. They give you a large refuse container which is very sturdy as well as your recycling bins when you sign up. They come once a week and also offer roll-off bins if you need for a project. more
