Subs On The Run

Wow is the only word that comes to mind. Excellent food, my favorite is the steak and bacon (highly recommend). I don't even mind the thirty minute drive from home. I never blog or anything of the sort but I thought I should let everyone know about this place! more

I have never been a big fan of subs or wrap style food, because in most places it's not made well, until I came here. Hands down they have the best wraps I have ever had. I usually have a hot wrap, and there is nothing worse than having a wrap that is dry. Well, that has never happened here. They are always made perfectly! Rich and moist, just the way a good wrap should be. No, this is not a fancy restaurant. But, if you want fast, delicious food, you must try it. Pros: Very fast, great food more

I love everything that is happening in the Midtown area, so much that my offices are located in the heart of it (Midblock). There are great new restaurants in the area, including some of the latest additions like Cheese Course, Sugarcane, and the "no fail" spots like Michael's Genuine Food. Even with this growing list of options, I sometimes crave an old school, simple, inexpensive, and oversized sub with all the trimmings (ala Substantial for those Miami natives who understand the need). This spot is about 7 blocks west of NE 29th and North Miami Ave in a commercial/business zone close to Allapatah so don't expect beauty, and a possible serenade from the drunk dudes in the back is included. Forget the baguette, and no freakin paninis here, just fresh, good ole fashion subs off the grill. Imagine lunch for well under $10. Family run, quick, and damn good! more

Awesome sub place. A bit hesitant at first due to its location and it isn't much to look at from the outside but boy is the food good. For a little less than $6 you can get a footlong sub that is protruding with anything from steak, to chicken, to w/e sub u desire! This place makes Subway taste like microwaved meat...actually it is. If you get a chance check this place out! more

I've eaten there twice and the both times the food was great! I had a sub the first time and a wrap the second time. Very, very good!! more
