Our refrigerator was not keeping a cold enough temp and the food in the freezer was starting to defrost. This happened during the day on Saturday. By 7:00 p.m., the Sub Zero refrigerator was just not working properly. We called several appliance service centers, none who were open or could come out on a Saturday night. The average wait time was 3-4 days for a repair. We called ACME Appliance around 7:45. The man we spoke to said he would be to our place between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. He arrived around 8:30, diagnosed the problem - electronic control board, and made the repair. Yes, the total cost was $328, however, our neighbor had the same repair done about two weeks ago, with a different repair service and the cost was the same. He came out on Wednesday Sept. 19 and had our Wolf oven fixed in no time. My father who is 68 years old was very impressed and my father has never been impressed by any service technician before.
