Sub Zero Refrigeration came out to check out why my ice maker was not working properly. When they removed the cover and I saw how gross it was inside after not being cleaned for 3 years, I was horrified. They suggested is all I needed was to have it cleaned and sanitized now and more often and it would work better for me. Well I now will schedule them every year to clean my machine. I never realized how terrible that kind of thing can get! Thanks again Bud and Sub Zero Refrigeration. more

Dear Bud, This morning I woke up to a little ?whiney? sound. At first I thought it was a snow blower several hundred yards away at the local Jr. High School. After walking around the house I finally ended up in the basement with my hand on our boiler pump trying to understand the sound it was making. The pump stopped for about 1 minute and then tried to start up again and I could see some little springs in the coupler (?) loosen up and scatter. I called your office several minutes later and talked to the operator who said someone would be out within the hour. Within the hour Terry showed up and within several hours we were back on line with our boiler. Such service is rarely found nowadays. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and all of your staff for providing such excellent service, not only to my family at this address but to my work family at the clinic and to my daughter?s family at her home in Orland. You truly deserve the fine reputation that you enjoy. Thanks again for at least three jobs, all well done, promptly, courteously and professionally.
