In a dark corner of the strip center is this wonderful find. First thing I noticed was the nice decor and then the salsa bar! Large bins filled with pico de gallo, red hot salsa, green salsa, diced onions, and cilantro. The latter 2 are for you to add as needed to the other salsas. The pico did not have any jalapenos in it which is a plus for those who are spice challenged. I always get a large burrito with carnitas and extra orange mole sauce poured over it. I get 3 meals from this. It was filled mostly with lean meat but also guac, pinto beans, sour cream, jalapenos ($1 extra), and cheese. No rice. Could have used a bunch of black olives. The chicken/shrimp burrito was filled with beans, rice, and veggies ($2 extra). The extra fees brought with them ample portions.
