Amy cut my hair last July and I loved it so when my daughter paid for me to get a partial perm as part of my Christmas, I went back to her. I pointed out to Amy before I left that my hair was not curly, it was straight and coarse in the front. She said it would be better after a few days. Long story short she never re- permed my hair and after many, many attempts to contact her using text msgs and calls to her personal cell phone and the shop, she finally returned my text (never called) 3 weeks later offering to do the perm again, but by then I was so done with her and I repeatedly asked for my money back. No luck. This has been going on since 12/21/11 and I left messages for Liz (shop owner) that haven't been returned. I would not recommend them to anyone. Job not done and Customer Service non-existent.
