FABULOUS..thats my thoughts.. My first appointment and all I can say is FAB-U-LOUS. Kyle Kressin is such a wonderful artist.. Educated, experienced, personal.. He was very careful and planned my hair color design with me using photos and hair history. He was so friendly, happy and helpful. I cant see myself ever going anywhere else. Not only did my hair turn out exactly the way I wanted but it feels great! It is soft and the colors he used are so shiny! Thank you so much Kyle! I cant wait to come see you again! You are absolutely the best of the best!! more

Styling and Color Magicians!!! 1/10/2012

I really love this place. Besides being in a convenient location and competitively priced, the stylists and colorists are magicians! I know from personal experience. I completely FRIED my hair this summer by trying to do it at home (huge mistake). Betsy and her crew were able to save my hair by using some amazing products and without having to chop it all off. I've also seen their work in a lot of local magazines and shows. So, I know they are on top of their game. I am a believer! Can't imagine going anywhere else now. more

Believe It or Not: A Hair Stylist Just 4 Me & Maybe 4 U 1/3/2012

It has been about 6 months since I have gotten my shoulder length hair whacked off to about 1 inches all over by my Studio BBC hair stylist, Fatimah Brown(FB)----I Love It!! \r \r FB has patience and talent to assist you find a hairstyle that you can manage and is a good look for U. Kelis with short hair inspired me to whack off my hair---Thanks to FB we took ""baby steps"" to get the Kelis look because she knew that I would go into a shock if I whacked off all of my hair in one day---I really appreciate her doing that for me!!! I had a simple & sweet look; but now, I have a simple & spunky look thanks to FB. ;-)\r \r The BBC Salon has a comfortable and professional vibe in which I appreciate. Also, I think it is neat that the salon has artwork from local artist on the wall for sale---that is really cool.\r \r Fatimah has been my hair stylist for 2 yrs and I plan to keep her as my hair stylist for years to come because she is the hair stylist just 4 me & maybe 4 U. \r more

Sara makes me look & feel like a million bucks! 12/8/2011

Sara Wilson is one of the most talented hair stylist I have ever had. I have been going to her for 6 years & would follow her anywhere. I like to do a lot of different things with my hair and she is always up to the challenge. I have been the reddest red and blondest blonde. She has worked with me during difficult stages of growing out my hair but was supportive when I was ready to cut it all off. She is honest, sincere, sweet & kind. Oh my goodness.. Sara is the best thing I've found as far as my hair needs go! She's incredibly talented, takes time to really listen to what I need and want.. and makes great suggestions. She's the best hair stylist I've found in a while, and I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon! I've referred several friends to Sara and they each love her as much as I do. Best Salon Experience 12/1/2011

It is so hard to find a Salon that makes you feel good inside and look equally as good on the outside and Salon BBC does both perfectly! Daryl Woods has been my stylist from day 1 and will be for as long as I live in Nashville. Daryl really listens to what you want and I have never walked out disappointed. It can be a bit hard maintaining your masculinity when visiting a salon, but Daryl mixes the skill of an old time barber with mastery of a well trained stylist. I highly recommend him to any man or woman looking for ANY style! more

Super Hip Salon! Ask for Sara 11/30/2011

I have to say I have never been a loyal customer to any stylist in past, but that is no longer true since frequenting Studio BBC and meeting Sara. I love the cool, hip atmosphere without the snootiness that can come with some upscale salons. I always feel welcomed and comfortable as I hem and haw about what I was ""thinking"" will look good. Sara is always patient and considerate of my ideas, but professional enough to tell me what won't work. She is awesome at suggesting fun and funky styles that make me feel confident instead of self conscious (which has happened before). Hats off to the Studio BBC staff, both myself and my husband think it's top-notch!! more

Sara is Superb!!! 11/30/2011

It's hard to find a good stylist that provides exceptional service and exceptional value, but Sara's doing it! I was worried to move to someone new when my previous stylist left Nashville - but I couldn't be happier. She makes each visit important and takes time to see what you want to try new on each visit. You can't find a better stylist in the area - guaranteed! more

I've been going to Sara Wilson for a few years now, and she is the best stylist I've had in Nashville. She takes her time, and even has helped me venture to a different haircolor! I love how my hair looks now, and it's all thanks to her! I recommend her to everyone! She'll walk you through any changes you are thinking of making to your hair because she wants you to be happy and confident with your look! more

BEST HAIRCUT & COLOR EVER FROM KRISTEN GRADY!!!! 11/18/2011

This sweet lady is a truly gifted hair stylist. After a thorough consultation, she had some great ideas and gave me the perfect cut and color! I've received so many complements on my hair and I will never let anyone else touch my hair! She is really meticulous and knows her stuff and made sure I was happy when I left. My hair has grown some and still looks great and is so shiny. I left the salon feeling great and am looking forward to my next appointment! more

Daryl Woods is Amazing! 11/17/2011

I have been going to Daryl for a while and I won't let anyone else touch my hair! His extraordinary talent with color and highlights make men's heads turn when they see me! He really gets to know my hair and how to cut it a certain way that it makes it very easy to style. Daryl is not only a God send to making me look great but he makes me feel great every time I leave the salon!\r more

I wholly concur with duncand's review below -- Daryl Woods is AMAZING! I have tried many, many salons and stylists in Nashville (even a couple who come in from New York), and have finally found the one I will stick with until the end of time! Daryl truly is an artist -- he gave my lifeless, fine hair a style that is both effortless and beautiful (he really complied with my impossible instructions to ""give me a cut that looks awesome but with little maintenance"" (I hate spending more than 5 minutes on my hair))! And the color he gave me is flawless (I was a novice at having my hair colored; he and Betsy (the owner) were so gracious and spent much time talking me through the process and picking out the absolute perfect color for me). I've received compliments on my hair all day long -- even from a stranger in line at the grocery store! If you're looking for the best, look no further -- Daryl Woods and Studio BBC are it!! more

After 20 years of marriage, my husband has finally noticed my hair. Daryl Woods made that happen for me. For the very first time ever my husband is making comments such as: ""Wow, you finally found someone who can actuall fix your hair"", ""I love that color. It looks really great on you""., ""Who will you be when you come home today""? You too can have great reviews as I do when you go see Daryl Woods at Studio BBC. He is absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. This man is so sincere about his work. He truly is an artist. Go see for yourself and let him show you what he can do to your blank canvas. Susanah is by far the most talented stylist I have ever encountered! She listens, takes her time with you, and perfects your hair! I am so impressed, I also take my teen children to her. Sara has been doing my hair for the last 3 years, and I can honestly say there is NO ONE else who I trust with my hair! She's always there to listen to my ideas, but also lets me know her opinion as well. As far as the salon, BEAUTIFUL! i love that Sara has her own space and i'm not fighting to be heard over other clients & stylists. more

Sara, The Best Stylist Ever! 7/31/2010

Sara, I love, love, love my new hairstyle! I walked in with only a clip from a movie and a whim to cut all my hair off. Sara took the time to watch the clip and listened to exactly what I liked about the cut and what I wanted modified. She took her time and did such an amazing job. Oh, and she starts the whole experience off with a wonderful head massage, which is one of many great reasons to make an appointment to see her! I highly recommend her!! more

I'm so glad I found you! I recently went through chemo treatments. Susanah was wonderful through the whole process. She helped me with my make-up, and gave me tips on how to keep my ""glow"" during the treatments.Then, as my hair grew out she was able to keep it trimmed and styled in a cute and trendy way. I had people stop me on the the street and say, ""I LOVE YOUR HAIR"" ! I would highly recommend this salon with its quiet relaxing atmosphere and Susanah is an outstanding artist.
