I first found Studio 212 approx. 2 years ago. Susan Geier, the owner, took some wonderful in studio photos of me. I was impressed!!! When I got engaged, I first thought of her for my wedding photos. They were a little pricey, but "you get what you pay for," or so I thought. About 3 months before my wedding, I could not reach my wedding photographer who was working from the studio. The owner advised me that he was no longer affiliated with the studio and assigned me a different photographer. I was weary, but I trusted her. I saw the pictures online, and they were beautiful. I was so excited to get them. Well, that was 4 1/2 months ago, and I'm still waiting. Studio 212 promised me a high resolution photo CD so I could make my own prints. 100 pictures are missing including the ones of my garter toss, cake cutting and bouquet toss. The pictures were reprinted on a DVD. I can view them, but I can't download from the DVD. I told her about the problem, and she said she would fix it. Four months later, I still don't have my missing 100 photos. I had ordered 2 coffee table books for my mother and my mother-in-law. I still have not received them. My phone calls haven't been returned. I go weeks without my emails being returned. I just want my missing pictures and my missing books that cost me $150.00. In total, I spent $2200.00 to get the run around. On December 23, 2006, I sent the owner an email wondering where my package of missing items was that she claims she mailed by priority mail on December 11, 2006. She told me she would get me the tracking numbers. I have NOT heard from her since. I have sent her approximately 4 emails and left 2 messages in the 10 days that have elapsed.
UPDATE: Feb 15, 2007 I have now received my 2 missing photobooks as well as my picture CD. I am, however, not happy with the photobooks. I could have created better quality books online with shutterfly online. I have never received my professional grade photo album.
Pros: Beautiful pictures
Cons: Good luck getting them
