Unprofessional and Lack of Training 2/6/2010

The girls here spend their time on gossip and slander instead of paying attention to your hair, proof is the color job they did to my hair. I asked for brown, I got jet black along with what looks like she had taken a black sharpie and drawn on a jagged hair line around my face. When I expressed my dislike she offered to fix it, while doing this she continued her sarcastic remarks also stating that I was the cause of why she couldnt get the color right, that I had ruined my hair using boxed colors months prior. I walked out with auburn hair still not brown but felt it was best to leave, especially when she gave me 2 sample size free products and said that they do that in hopes that we dont sue them. Her name was Ashlee incase you are wanting to know who NOT to get to color your hair. more

Manager Situation 7/14/2008

HORRIBLE 9/25/2006

Very unprofessional. Was yelled at & even had the manager hang up on me several times. I never once gave her a reason to hang up on me. The girl that colored my hair messed it up terribly & she said that she would fix it at my next visit. When I called to schedule they said that I could never go back ever again and hung up the phone on me. Very RUDE!! more

Never Again... 9/25/2006

I will never go back ever again! I am willing to pay a high price for quality service. However, when the manager of the salon is RUDE & hangs up the phone on the client, I draw the line. I tell everyone that I encounter to never return b/c of my horrible experience. I think that this business is the most unprofessional business ever!! more
