AAA sent them to tow my girlfriend's 2000 Jetta. The guy who arrived was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.
He offered to tow the car anywhere we wanted, including the shop where he worked. Since we didn't want to take it to the dealer, we took it to Stuckert's (his shop).
They called the next day with a quote of $450 to replace the water pump which had exploded. I asked them for details, and was told:
$115 for the Pump
$36 for the timing belt
The rest of it was labor and various fluids. I called my brother (who is a mechanic) and he said this was a pretty standard price. We were quoted $20 cheaper from DAY Audi, so when I called Stuckert's back I told them-- and they offered to do the job for the same price. The job was done the same day, and the car has been running fine. 1 year warranty on labor and parts.
Recommended as an (in my experience) honest mechanic.
