We had 2 new tires installed on our car and 1 week later the right passenger tire decided to fly off on Northern Parkway going 65mph. It turns out that they did not tighten the bolts. This is a HUGE and UNACCEPTABLE mistake for a place that installs tires all day long. The car was totaled and we had to get a new car. If they can't even tighten nuts... why are they even trying? Pros: Cheaper than most places Cons: Wheel falls off and car gets totaled more

I have been there before and bought tires, which was fine. But this time I went for vehicle inspection. My 2002 toyota Squioa failed because the check engine light was on. They told me they will charge me $98 to find out what is wrong. Called back and asked for approval to change the air filter. Called me to say car is ready. Payed and picked the car up. Next day the check engine light came on again. They run the diagnostic but did not know what to do. Offered to change something else. I asked r u sure that will fix it. they said no, but that is our best guess. So i picked up the car and took it to toyota who fixed it right away for $120. they said it had nothing to do with air filter. so i went back to sts and asked for a refund or an explanation. They flat out lied and said it is your fault for not following our recommendation. I did not argue. They can keep that $, but will never see me as a client again. Pros: Near my house Cons: Dishonest, not knowlegable enough to find a fix for a simple problem more
