Today I went to my local Big-O-Tire location in need of some used tires for my old work truck. When I got there it was obvious where the used tires were at and I proceeded to that area where they seemed to be on display. After looking at the tires for approximately 10mins a woman came out from the building shouting with a very rude and annoyed tone that we were not allowed to be where we were, that we needed to get out of there ect. My wife apologized and we headed for our truck to leave, before we could even make it to the truck she made another snide comment in a rude tone ""Don't apologize, you just need to get out of here."" \r

Now already frustrated by the lack of respect this employee has shown to us, I pulled up to her to simply explain that I just wanted to buy some tires, she stopped me in mid sentence and said ""No, bye bye"" and waved her hand at me as if she were dismissing me. I told her that if people weren?t supposed to be in that area then maybe they should put up some sort of a sign (somewhere in the conversation she had also stated that OSHA mandates that no customers be in that area). Again she commented with the bye bye and hand gesture, and I told her that this is no way to run a business. As she was now more hysterical than rational I left the premises.\r

After getting home approximately 30mins after, my wife called the store to try and figure out what just happened and explain that we were just there to buy some tires. The same lady answered the phone and hung up on my wife after less than two sentences stating ""I don?t care what you have to say.""\r

As it stands now, I want it to be well known that this Big-O-Tire location does not have any respect or concern for their current or potential customers!\r

I am not trying to backstab this business so a copy of this complaint is going to be given to them, therefore please be wary of any false praise after this posting. I am also contacting OSHA, and their HQ.\r
