I was somewhat surprised by this bakery. I found some of the products to be very good, but others to be lacking in quality. It is obvious that they do not use butter in their cookies or shortbread, where it is sorely missed. The biscotti is quite good, not too hard or too soft. I was very disappointed in the bread. I had the rustic white bread and found it to be very gluey and too crusty on the outside. It didn't have a nice texture to it. The staff at the bakery is quite pleasant and service is excellent.
