I have had my 2015 Audi Q5 for 2 months and I love it! My experience from the moment my husband and I stepped on the lot (Strong Audi of Salt Lake) was perfect. We were soon greeted by Brian McDermaid who took time to answer our questions and explain the difference between the Q7 and Q5, which is what we were looking at. Never once did we feel the pressure to purchase.\r We told Brian we were chceking out other cars and that if the ""Audi"" was our choice, we would be back. A couple weeks later we were back and made the purchase, so glad we did. Let me reiterate, never once was there pressure to purchase and once the decision was made to purchase, the whole experience was positive. Also Brian took a lot of time with me to explain all about and how the functions operate on my new Audi. My wife and I recently purchased a new 2015 A3 from Strong Audi. The experience of purchasing was the best we've ever had. This was made possible through Charlie Huebner. His friendly approach and professionalism made our encounter one that would make us purchase another from Charlie. To be honest, if it wasn't for Charlie the purchase may not have happened. He took care of everything, kept in touch daily and when the car arrived, all we had to do was sit down, sign and off we went. He gave us run down on the all the functions of the vehicle. Charlie still keeps in touch with us to make sure all is well. more

I recently brought in my 2012 Q5 Audi for scheduled service, and as usual, the experience was excellent. As it turns out, my brakes needed upgrading; but Erik Steenson (service advisor) made sure that I was aware of the issue prior to any services being done. He is friendly, prompt, and efficient. Audi service has made sure my A4 is aging gracefully. Over the years, every team member has been professional, polite, proactive and personable. But I confess that Matise Orton is my favorite. She is a shining example of the very best in customer service. I so appreciate her integrity and dedication. I have had 7 Audi's throughout the years and Matise Orton has been my service advisor through most of them. She is amazing! She is always so kind, happy and professional. My car is always ready when she says it will be and in the meantime she takes care of getting me a loaner or getting me where I need to be. Cow.\r BEST SERVICE EVER.\r \r \r Thank you Erik Steenson!\r \r \r 10 Words can say a lot, but let me explain...\r \r \r I got my 2009 Audi A4 Premium Plus from a local dealer, all was good, but I noticed my Minimum Oil Light come on about 200 miles in. \r \r \r Long story short, thought it was going to be a bad sensor, or what I finally though was an issue that was common for the car, but wasn't normally getting taken care of. Older forums (3-5 years old) said it was an oil consumption issue, and doing the tests plus repairs for the car were $700-$3000!\r \r \r I was terrified that my new car was going to have to live with this issue for ever, or cost more out of pocket than i was willing to spend at the time. Eventually I decided to take it to the people I knew would know what was going on. Strong Audi. I brought it in, was kindly greeted by nearly all the staff, and even had my door opened for me. Excellent Service, Erick Steenson was my service liason. Of course, Strong provided a fine ""loaner"" for my use for the day, it was a lovely black and grey Allroad. Eric worked very hard to ensure my every need was considered and cared for. The car came back beautifully clean, with rims polished and tires gleaming! I was so happy and proud to jump back in to my A6! more

Just a note regarding my most recent experience at the Strong Audi dealership 2 days ago.\r I was immediately greeted upon my arrival at the dealershlip by Matise Orton. She continues to demonstrate the same level of expectional service at the Audi dealership as she did for many years when I had BMWs serviced.
