The office first of all, is so tiny and crowded you would think they would at least have an area for children to play considering its a prediatric dental office! EVERYTIME I go there, the staff is rude!!!! they have attitudes when asked if they have any coloring paper, they act as if its a chore to keep the kids in waiting room (who, mind you, are mostly in pain) entertained with some coloring paper and crayons. SOMEONE PLEASE UPGRADE THIS OFFICE, FOR GOODNESS SAKES, ITS FOR THE KIDS!!!!! STICKERS ON THE WALL, WON'T MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THEY ARE IN A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT!! AND PLEASE, CAN SOMEONE TRAIN THE STAFF TO ME KIND TO THE KIDS AT LEAST! SHEEEESH!!! more

Finally a dental office that care about kids! My 6 and 8 years old kids always gave a hard time when I took them to the dentist. We have been going here for about 2 months and love it. Doctor Perril is so sweet with them and put them at ease and explain them each procedure so that they can understand . My son had 2 cavities and she was able to fill them with no screams or crying. I also had a crown done it fit right away.the fees are reasonable and the staff is wonderfull. I refer this office to some of my relatives and co-workers and they had the same experience more

I have a very busy schedule and this the reason why in the past I avoided going to the dentist. Finally I find a dental office me and my family that has everything there.They have the orthodontist, an oral surgent,the periodontist that go in the same office. Plus is nice that they have all the new techology digital EX rays, get a crown the same day. The staff is wonderful. We see doctor Senthil and she is very professional, honest and gentle. The hygenist Yvette and here assistant really made a difference for my family oral hygien.Nobody ever took the time to teach us the proper way of brushing and flossing! They make us feel like family when we go there.I would recomend this office to everyone more

I have been to many dental offices in the last decade but I have never been to an office like this one. The dentist that I sow was doctor Senthil and she was very professional, told exactly what I need and explained and showed to me why.I got a crow the same day without wearing unconfortable temporaries. Then I saw the hygenist Jasmine. Her and her assistant Antonia were very professional and made my cleaning even fun.I really enjoy going there and finally me and my family don't have fear to go to the dentist. I raccomend this office to some of my friend and family and they all had the same positive experience. Don't look any further go there! more

I went to this office for an infected tooth.I walk out of the office with an additional problem and never got my original problem fix they mess up my MTJ and now I have a worse problem than before. Plus with a bill of 6000.00 that I'm still paying for nothing\r I am stil looking for a good dentist but to this point I do not trust\r anyone. Yes bad treatment can cause us to be scare of people that are unprofessional and uncaring. No I do not recomend this desert valley dental grp more

The Office staff is great very helpful and friendly. They have spanish speaking staff for my family my parents come here because of that and it helps. They also go over all your benefits with you, I make the choice on what I want to have done... They have several different payment plans, with no credit needed and promotions that dont CHANGE!!!!! My family is greatful to have been able to come here with my hom insurance.. THANK YOU DESERT VALLEY DENTAL GROUP... <3 more

I Love Desert Valley Dental...The staff is the best. The dentist are Great and so are the Hygienists. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I dont see how people can say its horrible??? The prices are reasonable they break down all your options for you and work with you by giving payment options. I recommend this dentist office to my friends and co-workers. Its a great and clean enviroment. more

TERRIBLE & RUDE STAFF!!! Dr. Salwan and the hygienist, Yvette, are very compassionate and understanding. I wouldn't recommend people going to this dentistry because they'll trick you into signing a false price for your plan (orally) and with every visit the prices just keep escalading! Also they'll tell you they have a promotion that just started and within an hour or so they suddenly don't have that promotion. Very shady! There are some very nice people but they are also have a few ladies who will give an attitude and deny what they've said about promotions and such! Only if they could change some of the staff and take away the slimeballs i would go to this office. Service most of the time was very unsatisfactory, unprofessional and uncomfortable. Lastly, they don't care about providing good service to the customers (patients) as long as you sign that verbal contract they can change prices, plans and promotions and deny anything they have told you in the past. By FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Please do not take your child here! Totally unprofessional. Dental Assistant was RUDE and had no compassion! Told me it was my fault that my son was scared of the dentist. When they gave my son his shot he started to whimper and she said in a loud voice, why are you whining??? You're a big boy aren't you? To make things worse, the filling FELL OUT THE SAME DAY!!!! Thank God I am able to go somewhere else!!!! Please do not take your child there! more

This has to be far the worst dentist i have ever experienced, The tactics they use are more for shady used car salesman. They are more concerned on an upgrade or $150 dollar toothbrushes.These slimeballs try to use scare tactics to further their business.I have spoke to others who had the same experience so this is not a rare incident. please avoid these snake oil sales people at all costs. more

This dental office I would never recommend to anyone. Their dental practices are poor and their dentists lack talent, compassion, and professionalism. They tried to trick my child so that he would not be upset about getting a shot and covered his eyes pretending the light was bright. They then got insulted when I told them to stop I wanted it explained to my 8 year old what was going on so that he trusted his doctors instead of freaking and realizing they were tricking or lying to him. The dentist insisted that it worked for them and that was they way they did things. I see several things wrong with this, first since every child is different a general one way is not only ignorant but also treats my child as a number of a large herd. Second my child had over 8 fillings numerous shots, blood drawn and a surgery that he did fine with because the doctors( a different dental office) were professional and cared enough to let my child what was happening to his own body. This was an awful experience for my whole family. I took my 2 year old to this dentist and was told that he needed to have a cavity filled. First of all, I don't think the dentist spoke English because she would not even speak with me and had the office personnel interpret. Next, she gave me a prescription for some medication that my son was supposed to take before he came into the office which was supposed to make him "sleepy." I was not feeling too good about this dentist at this point, but I went to my pharmacist and had him fill the prescription and when he looked at the prescription and asked if it was for my 2 year old he told me this was an adult dose. After researching this for myself, I found out this could have been a fatal dose for my son. So please be careful when going to this dentist or any dentist. more

now we know everyones afraid to go to the dentist, myself included, but this one is by far the best i have ever been to. i am 46 yrs old and have been to more than 1 in my life. i highly recommend this dentist more

The first time I took my son to the dentist, it was a nice experience. The dentist was friendly and worked well with my son who was 4 at the time. She did tell me he had two cavities so would have to come back to have them filled. Within 2 weeks, we were back but now there was a new dentist that shouldn't have been working with children. My son was yelling that it hurt when he drilled but the dentist just said "he's just scared of the drill sound". I wish he had a little more compassion with children. He never comforted my son or tried to find out if indeed he was feeling pain or not. The receptionist was very sweet. She let my son pick out of a treasure box a few toys. The dentist office was clean and there is enough room in the waiting room. PROS: Depends on the dentist you get CONS: Depends on the dentist you get more
