Prompt response and service 10/10/2013

Took my Jeep in because I noticed it wasn't the a/c wasn't cooling as it should and also noticed the temp guage was moving more towards the "hot" side. Left the car there to be diagnosed and within two hours told the problem was the electric fan. Had it replaced and got my car back in less time than I thought it would take. A/C is blowing cold and temp guage is back to normal. Great peace of mind knowing my car is safe and reliable again! Thanks! Lindsey more

Excellent and Personable Service 7/29/2013

Had to take my car in for what turned out to be major repairs and the communication between Chris and staff was beyond excellent. I knew every step of the way not just how much my repairs would be costing, but the timetable in how long it would take. Chris even took pictures and sent them to me---now that's service. more

Total Honesty 7/3/2013

I brought my car in thinking the power window motor and regulator both needed replacing. Chris and Reina told me only the power window motor to be replaced--the regulator was fine. That saved me money and I like that. Thanks! And keep up the good work! more

Both my husband and I have visited Stroker for various services, and not only are they friendly and knowledgable, the representatives tat Stroker Automotive are honest. I took one of my vehicles here for what I thought was a problem with my brakes. It turms out, the technician said my brakes were fine, it was my alignment. I'm so thoroughly impressed with the attentiveness, service, and honesty of this establishment, I will continue to bring all three of my vehicles and any future owned vehicles to Stroker. I am a client for life. more

Work is always done promptly, acurately and at a reasonable price. They are like Enterprise and will drop you home and pick you up when your job is done. more

Habituous Great Service 2/4/2013

Once is a fluke, but time and time again Chris and his team have done a great job on my vehicles and with customer service. From the first encounter with the receptionist to the final encounter with the mechanic I was greeted with a smile, friendly attitude and clear communication on the work performed, what to expect and if I needed to pay attention to somethings for future maintenance. Great Job (as always) guys. See you soon for a break job on the black truck! more

Great first impression! 6/15/2012

I have passed by numerous times and since my car was blowing hot air I decided to stop. I was asked what brought me in and he explained what could be wrong and aaked if i wanted service done. Everything was explained thoroughly to me, when i asked how long it would take, i was given a time period and guess what? My car was finished in due time. I will definitely come back for my automotive needs. more
