I have eaten there once when it was busy and found the service kinda slow and impersonal. However today I was craving some Linguine with Clams and decided to take an order out. This time it was early and it was not busy and relaxed. First a young pretty blonde who couldn't speak loud enough had to tell me to place my order at the cash register. Another pretty older blonde took my order and never made eye contact with me and when I handed her my ATM card, she returned it by just slamming it on the counter. When I returned to pick up my order 15 minutes later, another pretty blonde gave me my order and I thanked her and without ever looking at me she replied..mmmmm. The food is ok, but I felt like I was intruding on these people making me feel like they were doing me a great favor, where in the heck did they learn their manners. A good restuarant stands not only by good food but with a welcoming atmosphere. I will never patronize them dispite my cravings next time. I am not sure if they behave like this with everyone or if selective by ethnicity.
Pros: Food is pretty good.
Cons: They didn't make me feel welcomed/ rude.
