Beyond Horrible Customer Service 10/15/2006

I have never been so insulted shopping anywhere in my life. Was wondering why it was always empty when I went in...the owner is such a rude nasty little lady...the prices are 5 times higher than anywhere and they don't carry everything a beader needs...mostly a friendly warm atmosphere. She comments on how little you are spending and how much time you look at things...geez, she should be lucky I was in there, cuz no one else was...there are so many fine beads stores, who needs the abuse? Cons: many more

I walked out of the store without buying anything, and now I go way out of my way to shop at other bead stores. Pros: in a great neighborhood, large selection Cons: rude owner, bad hours more

Terrible customer service 9/19/2005

The owner clearly doesn't bring back customers with his charm. I went there and he was down right rude and terrible to deal with. Had I not already paid- I would whave left. Don't shop here! Pros: location Cons: mean owner more
