Everyone pay with your credit card incase you have to dispute a purchase, once these goofy brothers take your money you are assed out if something goes wrong cuz if any off your expensive equipment breaks down they will tell you to call the manufacturer.i purchased a full salt water set up 75 gal complete and after 30 days when the equipment started to fail they treated me like i was asking for charity...these guys will screw their own mother. more

PISSED 3/12/2010

well they may have beautiful fish.but the service sucks.we have spend well over $ 2500 in that store.1-3-10 we spent another $69.00 for a 500 watt heater, last night the thing died. I called this evening to be told I had to contact the heater company myself. folks it had not even been 90 days. when I tried to get the info off the internet I can't find it. other stores may smell fishy but this kind of service sucks. I payed to get a product that works and if by chance it does not I expect the store I purchased from to at least offer a replacement or give me the info needed to do the work myself. when you have an 135 gallon tank every knows the kinda of money the get spent to maintain it. now it will go somewhere else even if I have to drive further.\r \r Linda Rush more

THEY CARRY BIO-SPIRA!!!! 9/11/2007

This is like the ONLY place I found to carry BioSpira; if you don't know what that is, it's the extremely hard to find refrigerated liquid product- that cuts the MANDATORY 4-6 WEEK tank cycling process to 24 hours. I did not realize anyone who starts a new tank must cycle it fishlessly (or prior to acquiring fish) for 4 to 6 weeks in a row- it's a complex process (look up tank cycling online) or your fish will die in their first few days or weeks. BioSpira is expensive ($14 to $23) but you will be able to add fish almost immediately. \r \r People there were pretty helpful, there were more guys working on a lazy Sunday than I could count on one hand despite the small size of the store, and they really do know their stuff. I bought some cute albino corydora catfish for my betta tank and was shocked to see them wriggling, alive, so full of health- healthier than I had seen other albino cories. Things are slightly pricier, but the fish are well taken care of.\r \r I will buy my live fish more

Excellent stock, mediocre to poor service 3/10/2007

One of the best assortments of tropical fish in the county, although not always 100% healthy, but when you find 5 guys working on a saturday and nobody can tell you anything more than how much it costs and what time they close, it is very disappointing. I was hoping for much more. Pros: outstanding selection Cons: high prices, little knowledge more

Best Variety 8/1/2005

They have some of the best variety when it comes to fishes. They have great people working there. I bought fish for myself and friends...just beautiful. This place is very clean and doesn't smell like some of the other fish/pet shops. Easy to get parking. more
