I must commend them on their fantastic customer service. They exemplify the qualities of customer service skills that everyone wishes all business people would or could possess and can't or won't in today's world. To a lot of people, that art form is lost and long gone. But when you come across it on a rare occasion as I did, it warrants at the very least, recognition.
I believe its true, the old adage that says everyone knows at least 30 to 50 people. so you must know that your gracious and honest manner of handling customers will not go unnoticed, unheeded or unrewarded, through word-of mouth at the very least.
