Guests purchased items in California (at the affiliate Robinsons May), but items were not in-stock. Three months passed with no information. Bridal Consultant at King of Prussia Mall said simply, ""I can't track the order because they have different computers."" We noticed age of computer systems and apathy/indifference of KoP consultant. For weeks had to call numerous offices around country, but noone could find original order. Once a woman calling on our behalf was transferred repeatedly, until she was finally transferred BACK TO HERSELF.
KoP rep was rude, saying wasn't her problem that the computer systems weren't connected, and they never claimed to be able to track orders... so much for being a ""national wedding network."" She called back 2 weeks late, claiming she had tried previously but could not reach us. When pressed she admitted calling only once, and then not bothering to try again.
Pros: None.
Cons: Poor customer service, can't track orders, associates can't help
