No problems for me 2/20/2007

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Straub Chrysler Jeep. My family is on it's 4th car from Straub and every time we have had a good experience. From the salespeople to the service department, I do not have one complaint. The staff is very knowledgeable and sincere. Their offices are not the Taj Mahal but quite frankly that is the last thing I look for when buying a car. I look for the best price, with the best service...and that is what I found at Straub. more

Poor customer service 7/30/2006

Although I had been given recommendations from 2 of my family members to visit Straub Chrysler Jeep on Broad Street in Bethlehem, my experience was less than satisfactory. After 2 visits with the same salesman, I've decided not to buy from Straub. Perhaps another salesman would have been more helpful. But I don't feel the need to return to Straub for a 3rd visit. more
