This place is FULL of VIOLENT FELONS, THUGS, DRUGG DEALERS, VANDALS AND SO MUCH MORE! EVERYTHING YOU COME TO EXPECT FROM AN INCOME RESTRICTED APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT CATERS TO CAREER CRIMINALS. BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING AT STRATFORD POINT IN SANFORD GO VISIT THE SANFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT AND ASK THEM HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS. run and dont look back.. this place is bad news. the girls at the office are lazy. they take for ever to fix things Pros: noise,drugs Cons: management dont care as long she gets her pay more
