Stratford Apartments

We lived here for 1 year, we didn't very happy with the things run here, neibors made so much noise, can't complaint to the managers, they did nothing, trash left all over the apartment, and people parked everywhere they want, a lot of time they violent park lot permit. After 1 year, they raise the price about $100 for the same apartment every month!!! We're so happy to move out of this place! Pros: NOthing Cons: Noise, trash, and parking lots more

Do a search for ""Winston-Salem Police Department Police to Citizen"" and look at the police incidents /arrests and you will see what is really going on here. I've looked at the data for 2008 and 2009 and there has been a considerable increase in crime related incidences at these apartments. An occurrence of first degree burglary happened only a few days ago. This year alone there has been 5 occurrences of autobreaking and larceny, 4 reports of malicious injury to property, 4 occurrences of housebreaking with force, 4 occurrences of simple assault, and 3 occurrences of larceny, just to name a few. If you look at the data provided by the police department you will see that the rate of criminal activity is increasing. It seems to me that the reports of crime started to increase about the same time that the apartment complex reduced their rates. Do a little research and you will see, query the police database for the following streets: Hillcrest, Northwick, Southmont, and Winterwoods Cons: Crime, Noise, Parking, Trash, Flooding more

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Every weekend you can expect to be woken up about 15 minutes after the bars close. People fly through the parking lot. Trash is left all over the complex. I know of 2 entrance ways that flood every time it rains. Parking is a problem. There is dog waste all over. Management doesn't want to do anything to anyone as long as they pay their rent.
