I enrolled for PMP and CSM, 4 day training for PMP and 2 day training for CSM, Dr.Sam teaching was excellent, he gave lot of real life examples for all the topics. CSM is an activity based training and got certified the same day, now i am PMP and CSM certified, these certifications helped me in reaching my career goals, i got a job with higher billing rate now. Refereed few of my friends for the same and they are happy with training too. Thanks to Strategism. more

A week ago I have enrolled to strategism and it was really an awesome experience being here for two days to get certified in CSM. Though it was a short time to learn many things but the knowledge and the material they have provided was extremely helpful. I will surely recommend to my other friends. more

I enrolled for a three course package from Strategism last Thanksgiving. I was also promised job placement assistance upon course completion. I paid $2500 for this package which was not a great deal but I presumed I will be able to find a great position once I complete these courses quickly. Two courses later, they stopped responding to emails/ messages for enrollment in third course. It has been five months since I have been asking for a schedule without getting any concrete schedule. I have wasted money as well as time on Strategism. This is a perfect example of company that would make hoax promises to job seekers to make money. They do not understand the value of time for job seekers and of course do not have any expertise in job placements at all. Do not trust them. more

They will train you for BA, QA, SFDC, Sharepoint etc. etc. whatever you can pay. If, only QA then 500 only BA 500 and BA+QA both then 1000 and so on.. Training: A guy is there to train you and one guy is there to take mock interviews with marketing team of may be 2.... Training+Marketing= Worst! When you are on bench you'll get requirements only if you come to the office. You will not receive any requirement from them if you are working from home. And if you can add 6-8 years of experience on your resume then only you'll be placed otherwise it's your fault that you were born in 1989. When i said i am not getting any call so they were blaming me that i am very young and they can't fake that. When i was joining them it was my concern and asked a lot of times but they said no problem you'll get. Then they said you have location constraint after that i said okay i am available without any location constraint. Still no results!! They will suck blood out of you and put in miserable situation, that made me to leave in stress and tension. Due to that had health problems and so many issues.. Worst Worst Worst company.. Please don't go there they are waste of time and money. more

Took training 6 months ago, got first project, has been a month, the best part is on-job support!!! I drop in email to the trainers and they respond. They gave me weekend hours for solving my queries related to work site. They are definitely getting better!! more

Strategism was able to help me out quite a bit. I had been out of a job for a while and the market was tough for me to break into. I was able to get placed within two months. Strategism was very honest about their processes and what I could expect (quoted me an average of 3 months to get placed and I got placed in 2). Bay area is a hard area to stay in - for every job there's so many people applying, but Strategism was able to get me in. more

I got the training, got discount after giving radio reference. BA trainer is good, ups and downs are there, but we all managed to pull through. I got placed in 5 months, but before interview, got one on one session for interview with trainer. The process is transparent and no one forces to stick to them! Consultancy business, I made my mind to go through them! more

They will promise to train and place you. The training is mediocre at best. Mostly spend time in a room having the trainer read a series of PP slides on terminology. The trainer is often late or class time and date will be changed last minute because they need to do something else. The passing grade for the training is 40 percent so no one fails the course but the bar is placed very low. This way they can say you passed the course if you ask for a refund.Once the course is complete they ask you to sign a 6 month exclusive contract and require you to remove your resume off all job boards otherwise you risk a $10,000.00 fine. They don't promise you a job and they are contingency recruiters and still they require this. Their resume review is no more than sending you a copy of a fake resume with a bunch of skills and jargon and telling you to copy it as if it was your own. If you refuse they will no longer take interest in helping you to get placed. I asked them what will I do if I take a job and I can't perform all the skills I've listed on my resume. They told me not to worry because companies don't expect you to know everything. Don't waste your time with this company. There are other IT training schools in Fremont. Shop around before you buy. more

Training instructors are excellent...some slip ups bh the team but training the material instructor for sfdc & BA were truly amazing. I took training 6 months back it took me 3 months to get placed but I am working with them now...choose the right training. more

Showing up late to class is not acceptable especially for the teacher. The teacher showed up on time maybe 10% of the classes. I asked a question about an example from the book he shared with us and did not know the answer and just brushed off the question. Again this happened when asked about reporting and forecasting, which are 2 of the most important features in salesforce. During the development portion of the course 2 times he was unable to run the scripts that he wrote. Again I feel this is unacceptable. The teacher should have written the scripts before the class to ensure that it would work. The bathroom key was stolen sometime during the course. It was not me who did it, but our class was accused of taking it. I don't know if it was one of my class mates or not, but no new key was made and we were forced to relieve ourselves behind the dumpster in the parking lot. Several of the classes were cancelled just hours before our scheduled meeting time even after confirming we would have class. Again this is not an acceptable business practice. We were told we were going to have the opportunity to build an application to help study for the adm test which we never did. They advertised 50 hours of instructions, but they only provided around 25 and a lot of that time was the teacher trying to figure things out in front of us. The teacher also bragged about pirating all his PDFs from pirate bay. I also know I paid more for the class than my other class mates (overheard them speaking about it) which made me feel ripped off. more

I took only training here, recemended by one of my friend who got placed here. Well the training was excellent, I didn't join them after the training because I got a job on my own more

Strategism online adds are very promising. Words like Training/Certification/Placement are very desirable, especially for out of work people. Strategism will abuse your desires. Training was online with India. Bad connection, questionable instructor credentials. Classes dropped without warnings. Omitted important topics. Went all the way tempted by placement. Certification??? None. Still trying to figure out why was it mentioned in Strategism promises. Placement??? 5 months later, no interviews. And I was told I am the best candidate to find a job. They have no real affiliation with any company. They will be sending your resume to craigslist postings as you could do. Big question at the end "What have I paid for?" Going through a court hearing on refund. There are other classmates like me. Don't waste your money and time! more
