Never did i expect to find such a contemporary upscale dining experience in spring/champions area. As soon as you walk in the door you are amazed by the modern artsy decor. After being seated we were greeted by our server who was a very lovely young lady who answered all of our questions and left our mouths watering. I started out with the death links, which are made in house by Chef Jay. The death links were fresh and unique. Very tasty. I then ate the mushroom and arugula salad. It was fabulous. Very simple but full of flavor at the same time. My third course was the lamp shank, i have to start with yummy! It fell off the bone. Melted in your mouth. Just YUMMY! I will definitely be returning and as far as a star rating...5 starts across the board.
