One of the best things about this great Salon is the combination of STYLE and service.\r \r Penny, on the desk is efficient in a friendly and professional manner. The best cure for the blues is an awesome hairdresser 11/17/2006

I couldn't stand looking at my long, overdyed mane. Although not wholly ready to chop it off, I went in to see Roxane at Stranded determined to do so. She convinced me that that was unnecessary, and gave me a great funky long cut and color/highlights as funky as my personality. She's a natural. Love this place, too. Relaxed, friendly staff, and yummy coffee. Pros: Thumbs up, hands down :) more

Awesome service 11/11/2006

The receptionist, Penny is so friendly. The salon is cozy and welcoming. Jason, the owner, is great! His mission is to make the customer happy and feel pretty. I came in not knowing what I wanted except a much needed change. He was sure not to do anything I disliked and I ended up with an awesome haircut- looks great without hairdrying! I just moved to town but I felt right at home in this place, my stylist even did my hair better than my stylist back at home . I was so relieved!! I list this as a MUST!!! Pros: Great atmospher, good products, helpful staff more

amazing customer service, best color in town 7/16/2006

The receptionist is amazing at this place. Every salon in santa cruz I have ever been to has had a rude receptionists , I was so surprised how attentive she was to every detail. The enviornment was so welcoming and warm unlike most trendy techno music playing salons. I would recomend this salon to anyone looking for an experienced hairdresser. My color was beautiful!
