Responding to last 2 reviews that are not real.We didn't had any new clients in past 3 weeks who could be not happy,we are always trying to satisfy our clients ,we are always happy here and nice to our clients.We only had one stylist for interview after our stylist moved to Arizona and she didn't get hired due to not having enough experience .After not getting hired she was the one having bad attitude going to every single page and leaving us bed reviews.I don't think it right think to do specially that she is not even using her real name.This review looks like email we got from her but she acts like a client.So sad people are doing thinks like that.Why not everyone could be happy? more

Awful awful place! It starts with the receptionist who has a bad attitude and a chip on her shoulder to the stylists that walk around with a puss on their faces and stare at you like you aren't good enough. Bad attitudes all around. Also heard from two other People I know who have gotten the same treatment. more

Love Strada 3/5/2011

My friend colored my hair for long time and my hair was very dry and damaged .Went to Strada Salon one day after I saw them driving by.All of the girls working there are very nice and if you need to have color changed they are the best and they really care about your hair condition,I bought some hair care products from them and my hair are perfect now.Also recommend buying a flat iron from them ,it rocks, it will make your hair shinny and healthy. more

Waste of money 1/14/2011

I went to get an all over color and I picked a light brown which was the next color after ash blonde and when I left my hair was the exact same color. Also..hair was barely blow dried and only bangs were flat ironed. I defiantly wish I would have just did a box color like I usually do and spent the 80 bucks on something else. Had I gotten the color I wanted I would rate them a 5. Overall my stylist was very nice...she just made me look the EXACT same. And in my eyes gave up on the blow drying since my hair was partially wet. more

My Stylist Moved 7/26/2010

I just wanted to leave this review so that everyone will know how wonderful Strada Salon & Spa is, maybe read this review and take the chance that I took by trying someone new. I was a new client because my current stylist moved to Arizona, they took 20% off my first color and cut. I couldn't be happier. If you're a girl you know how much that 20%off saved me in the end. The best part is that I look like I spent everything I saved and more. Thanks strada!!! Pros: Best Cut And Color, 20% Discount for new clients more

Great Service 7/23/2010

I'm new to crystal lake and figured I could just bounce around from salon to barber to whatever since there are so many. I've only been to a few places before settling here at Strada Salon & Spa and I simply can't go anywhere else. To be honest I haven't had a better haircut in my life. And my hair is very thick and tough to make look how I want it. Edyta was great and knew exactly what I was looking for. I gave a few guidelines but ultimately left it up to her. She used razor cutting technique which really helped my texture and is hard to find at other places. Bottom line: please try this place. Great service, worth the dollars! more

Best Experience 7/19/2010

OMG I am so glad I decided to go to Strada Salon & Spa. I'd been going somewhere else for a few months and was just totally unhappy with my color. I called the salon on a Friday and was plugged into a cancellation appointment with Edyta, one of the owners. I brought her a picture of the way my hair looked before the other salon ruined my color. Edyta was able to get my hair back to the way it used to look. I am SO happy that I went in. The vibe here is really fresh, and the place looks great. Pros: Everything Cons: NA more
