Stover's

Stover's is nothing but helpful and honest with all dealing with there customers. They make you sign a ton of paperwork, that describes grades, waste percentage and do to dye lot they do not take tile back. All customers are asked to sign this paperwork! The only ones who tend to have a problem with this are the ones who DON'T READ WHAT THERE SIGNING, not smart signing something you didn't read. I also bought a GRADE 3 TILE, had some waste (obviously) I paid .79sf, 75-80% of the tile I purchased had white etch marks, which anyone who knows anything about tile will tell you is to prevent tile from sticking together while it's boxed and in most cases comes off when grouting. \r \r I've done business with Stover's for years and they've always been straight forward and honest. Anytime I've had a problem with tile (it's only when I'm being a cheap-skate and buying cheap stuff) they have always offered to upgrade my tile. We went to Lowe's first to look at tile and thought we had a great design picked out for .79 per sq ft. We are on a strict budget so the clearance price was important.\r I just wasnt very happy with the color.\r I went to Stover's to take a look at what they had. In there show room they gave a nice presentation. I found a tile I really liked at the same price.\r Got it home, While the top peices in the boxes were good the rest were bad. My tile guy had to toss a lot of it.\r We went back to Stovers to get more and got it home and it too was scrap tile.\r I went back to Stover's to get more tile. We waited as they scoured thru mounds of scrap tile that no one can even use until they found enough to fill the order. \r I was told they had 500sq feet coming in and that they would have it if something happend and we needed more.\r Of course we get home and most of our peices are trash. My tile guy, who is so great and our only right decision in this mess, told us that he was going to be short 45 more
