Stover's is nothing but helpful and honest with all dealing with there customers. They make you sign a ton of paperwork, that describes grades, waste percentage and do to dye lot they do not take tile back. All customers are asked to sign this paperwork! The only ones who tend to have a problem with this are the ones who DON'T READ WHAT THERE SIGNING, not smart signing something you didn't read. I also bought a GRADE 3 TILE, had some waste (obviously) I paid .79sf, 75-80% of the tile I purchased had white etch marks, which anyone who knows anything about tile will tell you is to prevent tile from sticking together while it's boxed and in most cases comes off when grouting. \r

I've done business with Stover's for years and they've always been straight forward and honest. Anytime I've had a problem with tile (it's only when I'm being a cheap-skate and buying cheap stuff) they have always offered to upgrade my tile. As for the other review, find a class 5, through color-bodied Porcelain
