Avoid Stouts! 1/1/2012

We took our cars there for oil changes. The last time they called us and said that whoever did the last oil change cross thread the plug. THEY did the last oil change. They tried a larger plug and made it worse. Then they quoted us over $500 for a new oil pan because THEY screwed up the plug. They were very rude on top of that. DO NOT use Stouts! There is way too much competition on 19 to risk this happening to you. more
