Stout Landscape And Lawn Service

Ok i did a job for this customer with the bad review, of course he writes bad reviews for contractors he doesnt want to pay, our deal was todo the joband get paid, i did the work and he says he will pay later, what a joke, we did the job we were contracted to do, with extras for free, he writes all thesebad reviews because he has no money and still to this day has not paid, he owns a company that is NOT successful and must be mad. We gaved him a price much cheaper than other quotes. The funny thing was he was there t the end of the job and said it was good and i called him later that day to verify this again and he said it was good, i ""GUESS"" you cant make all BUM customers happy!!!! more

I have to start by saying how sad it is that this guy paid someone to write a lot of fake reviews. See for yourself by looking into the names of these ""customers"". The ""people/customers"" raving about him have also made reviews for businesses in cities across the U.S. They're all fake...except for the bad ones. Like mine, these are the real experiences. Initially I thought the work he and his guys did was OK but now I'm having second thoughts. I was supposed to get screened dirt (6 cubic yards of it) and after the dirt has settled I have a yard full of rocks and it's next to impossible to get the new grass to grow. I've put seed down 3 times and still have issues with lifeless patches. Crap service aside, the cost was inflated and Ron kept saying ""I guess I'll charge you $XX"" Guess? In regards to several items I was told one thing and got something else. Was told I would be billed one way and was billed another. Extremely dissatisfied with this service. I've worked with several landscaping companies over the last 10 years and I've never had to deal with such an unprofessional owner. To tell me that you're billing me at the end of the month only to turn around and say ""I cant afford to do your job out of pocket so I'm invoicing you right now, btw you owe this in 10 days"" is ridiculous. They might make the grass look nice in the pictures on their site but their customer service and back office skills leave a lot to be desired. This joker harasses me regularly by spamming me through email with invoices. I've made it a point to sit on his invoice and slowly pay him. I certainly don't want him or his crew back out here to ""fix"" the trashy work they did. I actually hired them to do the initial landscaping and had planned on using their services for lawncare as well but after the billing nightmare for the first bit of work I told him he was fired. I wasn't playing around with money. He actually told me he was going to tell me to find someone else anyway.. Yeah... ok buddy. He was practically salivating when I was getting estimates on all the work I needed done. I'm enjoying sitting on his invoicing making him wait for the money. Run.. RUN away and find another landscaping company. This guy is a nightmare. more
