Storybook Land

Storybook Land is a wonderful place to spend your day. It is geared for children toddlers to about 8 years old. It is a childrens amusement park that is fairy tale themed. They have rides and live animals also. Plan on doing alot of walking. There is also a train ride you can take that goes around the entire park. They do birthday parties and class trips also. The weekends are especially busy! They are open from mid march till the end of December. At Christmas time they do a large party and parade with Santa Clause. They do sell food at Storybook Land but they also offer a picnic area so you can bring your own food and save money! There is also a large gift shop that you can visit on your way out of the park. Kids and parents alike really love this place. They do charge the same price for children and adults. So be ready to hand over some money. But it's worth the price. more

Storybook Land is a local amusement park that is based on several children's stories. Although the park is themed for children, when we go the whole family has fun. It really makes you feel like a kid again when you hop on those rides with your kids. We make sure we make at least two trips a year to Storybook Land. Once during the summer and then once again during the holidays when they have it all decorated and lit up. more
