I had a multiple-complication twin pregnancy and along every step of the way I got the most comforting, thorough medical and emotional care. While I undersand complaints with the office staff, I never experienced any incompetence and was completly thrilled with the experience. more

Dr. Storrer is ok, however... 5/22/2007

I must say I agree with Amy completely. Dr. Storrer and Kathy are very nice, they really take their time and explain things to me. However, the office staff were not very polite while I was there. They lost my file repeatedly. When I phone in and ask for a referral, they didn't call me back until 2 weeks later. It was very frustrating! I do hope that they hire better office staff soon, otherwise, they might lose some of their patients. more

Dr. Storrer 12/10/2006

I have seen Dr. Storrer a couple of times and she seems like she is really a great doctor. Her nurse Kathy is also very nice. I have spoken with her several times on the phone and she is also very pleasant in person. My only complaint is the lack of organization with the office. When I went for my first OB appointment, they had three different charts for me and therefore could not find all of my information. I had a test back on 10/5/06 and I still have not gotten the results back from that. I am hoping that these are just a couple of kinks that need to be worked out and that this is not going to be an ongoing problem because it seems that the doctor herself is a good doctor. more
