I would give zero stars, but you can't do less than one. I received an estimate for repair on my roof. The owner of the business, Stan Warwick, asked for a $4000 deposit to cover supplies. The week work was to begin came and went with no calls from Stormguard, despite my multiple messages and calls. For months and months I have been trying to get my roof fixed or my money back. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and only then did he agree to make a refund. That was two months ago and I STILL have not received my money back. First he said he would mail a check, even though I told him I would meet him anywhere to get it from him. I never received the check. I have called and texted Stan, the owner countless times to get my money back. On the rare occasion that I can get a hold of him, he has an excuse and says that he will call me in a week or so...of course that call never comes. On the Better Business Bureau site, you can find multiple people with this experience. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with this company!!!
