This was when it was under the name clayton mini storage the managers didn't really take care of the place they had like 20 cats and 6 dogs..The people that owned clayton mini storage are no longer there and it is under new management and under construction the place smells much better it's looking much better and the managers are very nice and helpful..I am glad that Storage Mart took over. I am a current renter I have rented from clayton mini storage for the past 4 years and when i would enter the place smelled really bad and the people were not that nice..The only reason I stayed is because it was only a couple blocks from where i live. Now the place is looking better and smelling beter and much better customer service, I haven't seen any rats the place is clean i can walk in and i don't have to hold my breath from the smell...I rate Storage Mart 5 stars way better than clayton mini storage.. more

I rate this place as a negative 0 I payed for 2 storages for the past 7 years at $170 per month. When I finally moved to a house, my sons went to remove my antique furniture and other precious items besides boxes of clothing and goods. To their shock upon opening the doors and pulling things out, rats have totally demolished my possessions - resulting in a huge garbage pile at my new house. I am sick over my couches being eaten and my chairs lived in. My son also had to ask the owners for a bag in which to put the dead rat which measured approximately 8 inches in length. I am still in shock and am considering what legal action to take. DO NOT ever use this storage business. more
