It's not very often I experience a genuinely nice person who really seems to have all the knowledge and business expertise necessary for a truly positive review. I appreciate Mark's help more than I can say in a review, but thank you Mark.\r \r In addition to Mark's great service, I'd also like to express my appreciation for a clean, well maintained, very organized, and safe, storage facility. \r \r I have full confidence my new RV will be 100% safe at the Chesterfield, Missouri Storage Masters location. For me, Storage Masters is perfect for my intended use. Because of this fantastic storage experience at Storage Masters, I'm considering the possibility of additional storage needs (restored classic muscle car, classic Harley Davidson, and a boat as well). more

Above and Beyond Customer Service 6/28/2011

I am so very grateful that you have an employee like Dodie. She helped me through a very rough time, where I was leaving my home of almost 50 years and moving to St. Louis. She assured me and made me feel very comfortable, that when I arrived from Tennessee, that my storage units would be waiting for me. Not much else has gone right lately, however, Dodie made the storage part of my move a breeze. Thank you so much for your kindness and making a stressful time in my life easier. more
