I have been renting storage space at the Stor-House for 6 months, and the experience has very very good from introduction and selecting a unit at a good value to my regular visit...

I have been renting storage space at the Stor-House for 6 months, and the experience has very very good from introduction and selecting a unit at a good value to my regular visits to access my unit. The Stor-House is clean, has very good surveillance, and a very professional staff. The Stor-House is easily accessible and in a good location. I am so glad that I could find such a great establishment to keep my valuable belongings for an extended period of time. more

Awesome experience!! 11/28/2010

What an great experience in the stress of renting a storage unit!! Will - walked me thru all the steps and showed me a couple sizes of units for me to make the best decision. I was going to shop around but with Wills' friendliness and the clean grounds - I decided to rent today!! more

great clean, secure storage, great service 4/22/2010

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Especially Tony and Lisa. The unit's are very secure. The premisis is always immaculate. Plenty of parking in front of your unit when moving stuff in and out. There is always music playing while your digging through your unit. There is a large push cart for your use available that can fit couch's or several boxes at a time. Pros: moving truck usage allowed when you move in more

Great Facilities and Service! 1/30/2010

The location was easily accesible off I405. The facilities were immaculate and the staff was very friendly, knowledgable and gave us an in depth tour of the site and answered all our questions. They made the entire process a wonderful experience. We recommend them to all our friends and family. Pros: Clean, Friendly, Very Secure more

Lots of choices. Very clean. 12/4/2009

We just moved up from Medford, OR and I found Stor house when I was looking for a places on google, I called up and they were friendly. I got the run down on a couple of they’re larger sizes and then I took one of their biggest drive up spaces so we could get all our stuff including the boat and furniture and the rest of our belongings in unit and save a little money while we’re shopping for a house. We used a big national moving company with one of those 16 wheelers and I was so nervous about the truck getting in the storage place but it was so easy they just got right in and out no problem because the driveways are so wide. Even the manager was really helpful with suggesting that we put th stuff we need to access the most up front so it would be easier to get at when we need it and they were right. I already recomended them to the folks I work with! Pros: Easy for large trucks, good lighting, security cameras Cons: Supply store not open 24 hours more

The BEST STORAGE company EVER!!!. Great customer service! 2/16/2008

STOR-HOUSE is like home away from home. It's PERFECT in Every Way!!! You really get what you pay for...EVEN IN STORAGE. The guys in the office are the BEST SERVICE PROFESSIONALS ANYWHERE!! . I wish I could buy everything I need in life from Dan & Tony. Thanks Guys!!! The impecable Grounds are protected day and night by; digital surveillance, perimeter detection, Cylinder Locks ( NOT like those latch-type that anyone can cut with bolt-cutters like butter! And every unit is individually alarmed !!!\r What are you even talking about; ""every storage place is the same"" ??? Are you crazy? Ever had your stuff stolen or damaged by old outdated storage buildings? I HAVE AND THAT WASN'T FUN!!! FOR STORAGE IN KENT,RENTON,BELLEVUE I RECOMMEND ONLY 1 PLACE....The STOR-HOUSE. Thanks Guys Pros: Ambience, Parking, Personal Professional Service, VERY Cean and tight operation Cons: Thought about 24hr access...then again I'd rather have the security. more
