Jim and Tina the resident managers are wonderful to work with. They are friendly, accommodating and willing to answer questions. I can not recommend them and the Stor-It facility ...

Best prices, a free truck and a free lock! 1/31/2012

Best place to store your stuff! Tina and Jim were super helpful and got me just the right size at the best price around. I shopped 5 other storage places in Lake Forest and none could surpass the excellent customer service and overall value of Stor-It FHR. I used their free truck to move my things, bought my boxes and tape, and even got a free lock...all in one place! If you need storage, this is the place to go! more

Good: clean facility, fair rates, friendly and helpful staff. Bad: nothing. Improvements: can't think of any except how about pay for months-get i month free! Ha-just thought I'd try.. Other: I have been a customer for over 10 years and I live out of state. I feel so comfortable knowing my stuff is in good hands and in a CLEAN, safe place and that's why I have not moved it to a local facility like people suggest-I'm happy with Stor It Foothill Ranch. more

Great facility for all your storage needs ... Clean and secure ... You provide a lock ... they provide the security ... Many sizes and locations available ... Inside hallway design in addition to outside direct access. Open specific hours for you to visit your stuff ... New customer specials available as well as pay over the phone services ...
