We moved into these apartments in May of 2011, and within 1 month all of our stuff was INFESTED with bedbugs and \r

fleas. We checked with our neighbors and they also had the same bite marks that we did. When informing the \r
\r
management company they told us that we were responsible to pay a $75 dollar fee to have the exterminator come as \r
\r
they did not cover bed bugs. This was inbetween them loosing an agreement with their current exterminator and \r
\r
hiring a new company. Meanwhile we were getting bitten and had to go and sleep in a hotel. When the exterminator \r
\r
finally came 2 weeks later, he said you can not treat bedbugs and that we should throw away our mattress. We \r
\r
immediatley moved out and broke our lease. I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are much nicer options \r
\r
out there. This apartment is full of MEth Heads and drug addicts who rome around at night. One of our neighbors was \r
\r
beaten up in the parking lot by girls because she asked them to get out of the handicap parking spot. There is \r
\r
limited or no parking in the complex and I would beware of anything related to this place.\r
