Once you sign the paper the management will treat you like trash and the maintaneance it absolutely horrible, One example of the chages was for that of a a/c heating unit, the charge was for 225. This was for cleaning the coils and and the ducts, how you clean 8 in ducts in an apartment is a complete mystery to me, but over the summer i placed a work order on the unit and they told me my coils were dirty this was in mid august so they had vacate the premises for half day to clean it with chemicals it ended up not being that so they replaced the unit, it took them 4 days in the middle of the summer. 4 months later when i terminate my lease i get a charge because they said i left the coils and ducts dirty'' what kind of a cleaning job did they do that it was dirty again in four months' i've being in iraq and i know how fast and full of dirt things can get but san antonio didn't have and sandstorms in those four months. And yes we did change the filters. do your research on this guys before you move in there is massive amounts of complaints, just google them. there is also a possiblility of a legal action against them if you have been ""screwed"" by this people contact me shiryujk@hotmail am trying to gather all the people i can possibly gather. \r
