poor service, car not ready when promised, had substantial issues, unfriendly employees, know nothing sales clerk.

Without a doubt, the best service experience I have ever had at any car dealership. When I went to the lot to pick up my vehicle it had been washed and cleaned and looked brand new, something I was not expecting. My wife will be looking for a vehicle in the next 90 days and Stonebriar Chev. will be our first stop.Hats off to the entire service dept. for a job well done, you will continue to get my business! Our sales person Andy was excellent. While we shopped with 3 kids, Andy did everything he could to help keep the experience smooth and enjoyable. more
