We have had our Weimaraner for 5 years now. We have boarder her at several places in Westchester county. The people and facility at Stone Meadow Kennels have never let us down. Although this breed is known to be neurotic they handle our Belle with kit gloves. It has become apparent that the staff at Stone meadow are real Dog people and they get it. Every time I pick Belle up there she is happy and healthy! I no longer tell them how to feed or take care of our beloved Belle because frankly they do a better job than me. Stone Meadow speaks DOG! more

Do not board your dog here 8/23/2011

My dog came home with canine flu after being dropped off perfectly healthy and fully vaccined. The owner explained that he felt bad (but charged me full price anyway) and that he planned to close to "scrub down" for the week. I checked two days later to find that they were open and taking on boarders with this potentially deadly illness. more

Feel Good About Leaving Your Pet Here 8/19/2005

We have been leaving our dog at Stone Meadow for a few years now when ever we go on vacation. Our dog always seems happy and well-groomed when we pick him up. A couple of times we've had flight delays and had to keep the dog in an extra day and that's never been a problem. They have both indoor and outdoor runs for the dogs and everything is pretty clean. We will continue to use them all the time. more
