They ruined a great business by over expanding and producing inferior products. We have bought bread/challah from Stone Ground long before the current owner step into place.
Tonight I bought a challah from the new location. It was undercooked, very dense and just awful. I called to let them know insisting the whole time that I did not want my money back just wanted them to know something went wrong (new oven not working right?).
If you think the owner is rude he hired a manager who is even worse. He threw a number of how many loaves he sold today and not one person complained. He went on to tell me to buy my challah elsewhere from now on.
You just lost a great customer. Expanded beyond your ability and ruined a great little store.
