I felt comfortable with the services initially, but either her scheduling was too full or there was an inability for her to follow up to phone calls and emails. Advice and objectives were quite vague and generalized even though specific questions regarding her methods and advised course of action would be requested. Even though I do understand that this is a business like any other I eventually felt that general or even the slightest compassion or care was missing. She seemed to focus much more on psychotherapy which takes much longer to see any possible results as opposed to any cognitive behavioral therapy can take much less time to show results and in all honestly is financially less lucrative. My experience was overall very unsatisfying and left me seeking help elsewhere. Maybe you will find her style to be a better fit for yourself.
