After my most recent experience with Christina and her dimwitted team at Stokes Auto Sales, I wouldn't even recommend this business to my worst enemy. The staff is very unknowledgeable and communication between them and thier customers is non-existent. Was buying a 2000 Durango from them, that was becoming more of a money-pit than anything. After having to have work done on the vehicle, I had to miss a payment. I called them to make a payment arrangement for my next payday, when I was to make catch the account up by making two payments. Deanna was the girl that I talked to and told me that it would be okay. The next monday, they start blowing up my phone, saying that they needed the payment now! If I had the money on Monday, then I wouldn't have set the payment up for Friday. Since I couldn't come up with it, they picked up my vehicle on Tuesday. Why set up an arrangment with me, if you are going to renig on it and never even give me a chance to make good? This is poor customer service, and you just lost a customer because of it. If you are looking to buy from them, don't purchase the 2000 Durango, the transmission is going bad, it needs a new power steering pump, and the heater core needs to be replaced. They are shisters and will do you WRONG!!!!!!
