I can't know what happened with the other reviewer, but we had a wonderful experience with Stinelli Brothers when we moved from Pittsburgh to Michigan last month. I was eight months pregnant at the time we relocated, but thanks to them, this was the most stress-free move I have ever had. They were very helpful and thorough as they talked through the details of our move with us, promptly dropped off boxes when we needed them for the packing we were doing ourselves, and were fast and efficient with the packing and loading that they did for us. Our things arrived on time, and the same people who loaded our truck unloaded it. On paper, they had a three-day window to deliver our things, but had told us that they were planning on June 24, and that is when they unloaded. We also loved the fact that anything that they disassembled at our house in Pittsburgh was reassembled for us at our new house. Everything arrived in good condition. All in all, our move went smoothly and easily, and I am so thankful that they gave us such a pleasant experience. I would 100% recommend them. more

Do not sign a contract with this company... 5/15/2012

I'd be remiss if I didn't warn people of our negative experience with this company, who is an agent of Arpin. We had our stuff picked up March 29 and didn't see our stuff again until May 11. They will promise you free storage but it will take a VERY long time to see your stuff again. While I understand a long distance move takes a bit longer, a month and a half is ridiculous. We had called them on April 6 to ask them to send our stuff as we had found a place to live...they gave us a ""delivery spread"" of April 28- May 11. And our stuff came May 11. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We came to CA with only 1 suitcase thinking that our stuff would be delivered in a timely manner...needless to say, we incurred NUMEROUS expenses in order to live in our apartment. They must get some type of discount by having Arpin wait until the VERY last possible minute to deliver their stuff. HORRIBLE moving experience. more
